The latest Olympic food deal? Here's a clue, it involves ring-shaped sweets.
Krispy Kreme has two events this week as part of its "Go for the Glaze" Olympics promotion. First, on Wednesday, July 31, you can get $1 doughnuts – any type of doughnut – in stores, no limit, while supplies last.
Then, on Thursday, Aug. 1, members of the Krispy Kreme Rewards loyalty program can get $1 Original Glazed doughnuts available in stores and via the Krispy Kreme website and app while supplies last.
During your visit to Krispy Kreme, you can award yourself with the chain's new Go USA Doughnuts collection, available as a limited-time dozen.
The collection includes four of each:
- Go USA Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut hand-dipped in white icing and decorated with red icing stripes and blue and gold sprinkles.
- Chocolate Iced Glazed with Sprinkles Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with patriotic sprinkles.
- Original Glazed Doughnut.
The Go USA Collection – also available individually and in a 3-pack – can be purchased during the Games in stores, ordered for pick up at participating shops and for delivery via Krispy Kreme’s app and website. The Go USA doughnuts will also be available in a 6-pack box delivered fresh daily to select retailers, the company says.

Krispy Kreme's Paris to Paris doughnut collection
Also still available: the Passport to Paris doughnut collection, which includes three new Parisian dessert-inspired offerings: a Créme Brûlée doughnut, Double Chocolate Éclair Doughnut, and a Raspberry & Vanilla Créme Doughnut.
Members of the Krispy Kreme rewards loyalty program can also get a free doughnut Tuesday, July 30, with any purchase.
